How do I cancel my subscription?
On iOS: Settings → Apple ID (your name) → Subscriptions → kinnctd → Cancel. On Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → kinnctd → Cancel. We don't process cancellations directly — Apple and Google manage this.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile tab → settings icon → Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, journeys, posts, photos, saved items, and group memberships. Deletion is processed immediately. Backups containing your data are purged within 30 days.
Can I get a refund?
All purchases are final. Refund requests are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) per their respective policies. We don't issue refunds directly. To request one, contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly.
How do I export my data?
Email us at info@plantbuildrestore.com from the email address on your account and we'll send you a complete export within 30 days, in line with GDPR/CCPA requirements.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
In TestFlight, shake your phone to open the feedback panel — it captures a screenshot and lets you write a note. The report goes directly to our team. For non-beta issues, email info@plantbuildrestore.com.
How do I become a beta tester?
We're currently in private beta. Email info@plantbuildrestore.com with the subject "Kinnctd beta interest" and we'll add you to our wait list.
